I had a very memorable childhood in the Philippines. All my cousins from my mother’s side lived down the same street as me. There were six of us, and I was the youngest. Everyone saw me as their little sister. I sure acted that way too.

My artwork centers around the theme of youth and innocence. I like to leave marks of my personality through playful colors and soft aesthetics. My imagination lingers in worlds of fantasy, as I romanticize life like a children’s storybook. I daydream about magical worlds in my head bridging the gap between my childhood overseas and my fingertips. I want to share this sense of intimacy and nostalgia with anyone who comes across my work. My hope is for people to see the world through gentle lenses and stir feelings of love and comfort within.
